Solas provided a redevelopment master plan for this golf course and followed up with the construction of two new buildings under this same plan. These two buildings included a 20,000 sq ft banquet facility and a cafe, bar and pro shop facility with exterior dining.

These buildings took on the form of timber barns with contemporary detailing with exposed roof trusses.
