2600 sq ft renovation of an existing Lab space to create a new headquarters for the National Alliance for Water Innovation (NAWI). The group sought to create an open and inviting space with a combination of open work areas, shared offices and private offices with casual meeting areas. The program also requested a large conference room.

An open space with glass and natural light was developed with an open ceiling in the main area. Finishes were chosen to be earthy and inviting in response to the program and the goals of the group. The space will be used by permanent staff, interns and visitors to the headquarters.
