60,000 sq ft new build student recreation center incorporating gymnasiums, exterior pools, exercise rooms, student lounges, offices, locker facilities, and a café. Other aspects of the project include new batting cages and sports plaza, including a 24,000 sq ft baseball stadium with ancillary offices and locker room accommodations.

The Moraga campus has a consistent singular Spanish colonial historic style. The challenge for this large new build project was to break the scale of the building down into discernible pieces that could reflect this style. The building wraps around and overlooks the exterior swimming pool. The interior climbing wall is located in a focal point position that can be seen from all of the primary gym spaces and from the circulation.
